Outside the Globe

The Globe is dwarfed by the modern architecture surrounding it. It is situated on the bank of the River Thames and stands as a testimony to the power of history and words. There is a VERY misleading sign at the Globe. It directs you to a non-existent drinking fountain. There are no drinking fountains in England as far as I saw.
